To think, or not to think....

I sit here eating yogurt, that I made, and enjoying it...trying to NOT think about how it was made.

It was so much easier than I thought...sterilize, heat, mix, and let it sit in a warmish environment and spread it's little active bacterial cultures, and try not to think about it.

Really, if you DO think about it, it's quite amazing...scientifically anyway; to go against everything you've ever been taught about food safty and come up with a product that is not only safe to eat, but good for you.

Everyone should try least once.

  1. I've never made yogurt. I'd like to though. Do you have a specific recipe that you use - I don't know anything about making yogurt.
