I kept telling myself this as I ran the cold, dark mile to my friend's house this morning....just when I thought I was calm and in control a bunny hopped out of the bushes. Who says I can't run a sub-six minute mile?

Great job getting out this morning. I like that quote! I definitely prefer running with someone over running alone but then again there is something to be said for alone time!
ReplyDeleteI trained for a marathon almost completely by myself back in 2007! I will never do that again, train by myself, I mean! :)
I hear ya! We have had a serious influx of deer down here lately - I swear they freak me out EVERY time!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! I can SO relate to your post! No matter how much you tell yourself you are calm and have nothing to worry about you still get spooked way too easy at the slightest thing when out first thing running on your own, lol!
